Cervicogenic dizziness and headache

Dizziness and headache are common in elderlies. This is commonly due to joint degeneration, reduced muscle strength and possibly improper postures. All these tax the cervical spine and the muscles, resulting in dizziness and headache.
We have invited Dr. Cheung Yuen Kwan, a Hong Kong registered chiropractor, to give a talk on the dizziness and headache to the elderlies in Wong Tai Sin District on 2nd October. Together with the volunteers, she conducted spinal health check to the seniors as well. The participants were enthusiastic and raised a number of questions. There was a lot of interaction. The talk finished with demonstrations of exercises.
Here we would like to thank Link REIT for arranging the venue at Sik Sik Yuen Ho Yee Neighbourhood Centre for Senior Citizens in Tung Tau Estate. We would also like to thank Dr. Cheung for taking the time to attend the activity and the volunteers for their assistance. With their contribution, the activity was held successfully and smoothly.
