Purpose
To support day-to-day operation of a small non-profit organization.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Liaise with Board of Directors, member and volunteer for all kinds of activities
- Perform basic financial and bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general administrative support
Activity and Events Management
- Coordinate for all Scholarship related matters
- Manage donation, fund raising and CPD activities
Communications
- Coordinate website updates and manage media marketing
- Coordinate public education talks and seminars
- Maintain organizational archives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum three years related experience, NGO experience a plus
- Proficiency with MS Office in bilingual
- Ability to multi-task and to work with minimal supervision
- Solid written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
