捐款的監察
所有的捐款，將受到基金一個獨立委員會之嚴密監察，以確保賬目恰當及正確。此委員會內一位司庫，一位名譽秘書及一位獨立但由義工團隊共同選出的第三者合組而成。
捐款的運用
所有捐款只會用于基金成立目標下之需要支出。全體董事須一致決定捐款用途及定期在基金網頁作出報告。
(捐款 HK$100以上，收據可作稅務扣減)
