For professionals: HKD8800 (full course); early bird: HKD7,800 (before 14th Feb 2017)
For patients: Patients HKD1200.

Professionals: Limited to a maximum of 20
Patients: Limited to 10

 

Registration

• Please complete the registration form and send together with a crossed cheque payable to Hong Kong Chiropractic College Foundation to 11/fl Hong Kong China Tower, 8 Hennessy Road, Hong Kong.
• Bank in the registration fees to HSBC 652-096850-001 for the account of Hong Kong Chiropractic College Foundation and send a scanned copy of the receipt together with the registration form to cpdntalk@hkccf.org.hk

NB. Registration can only be confirmed upon payment of the registration fees

 

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of HKD500 will be charged for cancellations received at least 10 working days in advance of the event. No refund will be given for cancellation received less than 10 working days in advance.
