17th and 19th May 2013
Scout Association of Hong Kong

Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a new manual rehabilitative approach based on developmental movement principles. It aims to activate the body's stabilizing system bystimulating the brain movement control centers. This technique helps teach the body how to internalize the precise postures a child takes when it learns to crawl and upright itself, in order to promote the spinal stabilization. This method also helps to restore the structural and postural alignment of the body's neuromuscular-skeletal system by invoking a full body global motor pattern.
